With the development of emerging technologies and industrial transformation, entrepreneurship has become a global trend. To offer startups more international sources, the delegates of accelerator, incubator from Netherlands, Vietnam and the Philippines are invited to StartUP@Taipei Global Linkage Forum to reveal the startup trends and opportunities in their countries. In addition, there will also be a panel discussion which focuses on the situation of entrepreneurship in various countries, analyzing the advantages of Taiwan startup teams and helping them enter international market.

– Bruno is the founder and manager of the Network of European Space Agency Business Incubation Centres (ESA BIC). The network consists of 20 business incubation and innovation centres across 17 European countries, spread over 60 cities. The ESA BICs portfolio consists in about 700 start-ups.

– Kat serves as Director of QBO, a Philippine innovation hub and startup platform which is the first of its kind public-private partnership initiative in the country, specifically geared to provide resources, connections and support to accelerate the growth of Philippine tech startup companies. QBO’s mission is to create a globally competitive startup ecosystem in the Philippines.

– Eddie Thai is a partner with 500 Startups, the global VC firm based in Silicon Valley. He is focused on supporting Vietnam’s next great tech startups, as well as helping develop 500’s offerings incorporate innovation and startup ecosystem development. 500 Startups has invested in over 2,000 companies spanning over 60 countries since 2010.

– Jeff Chang has over 20 years field working experience with proven track records in both Investments and Fund Raising for Singapore Vertex Venture. Jeff has raised USD 20m for Vertex South East Asia Fund in 2017 and has raised USD 5m for Vertex Israel fundⅢ. Jeff has strong contact and well-established OBM / ODM / OEM relationship with the Chairman and CEO level in both China & Taiwan. Throughout his networks, Jeff has been providing an International advisory platform for Israel & Chinese startups to build up their OEM / ODM / OBM networks.
