In 2020, the epidemic situation of Taiwan is properly controlled. Benefiting from compensatory consumption, the catering turnover in the second half of the year hit a record high of reaching NT$410.8 billion. There are many outstanding achievements in cooking creation, space design, taste, and life aesthetics. The pursuit is no longer just the food itself but an experience that can satisfy the taste buds and create imagination. It means that the catering industry will face more challenges and opportunities and how to keep upgrading and following the trends.

Catering Industry Forum 2021, jointly planned by MINGCHU, GIS. Group, and foodNEXT, will connect the industry network with topics concerned by customers and discuss the development of the catering industry, hoping that it would help industries communicate with each other and expand business opportunities.

Three themes, including "integration," "R&D," and "innovation," will be discussed separately, looking forward to gathering different industries together and stimulating creativity.
