【activity description】

In Taiwan, which has been rated as a "super innovative country" by the World Economic Forum, as an entrepreneur, you are definitely sprinting to the top of the global entrepreneurial wave.

In the generation of crazy entrepreneurship in Taiwan, major industry, government, academic and research institutions have launched various innovation and entrepreneurship courses. It is especially important for entrepreneurs to identify and carefully select the appropriate platform to accelerate your successful development in the international market!

In 2018, under the guidance of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the "G Camp" platform was created by the Council of Information Technology. The purpose and objectives are Growing, Global, and Go as the main spirit. Through the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship International Training Camp", we will fully support domestic entrepreneurs. To the world, become a new unicorn star!

This year, we will invite the well-known innovation and education institutions at home and abroad, 10X Innovation Lab and SparkAmplify, to attack, gather high-quality teachers, content including blitz expansion, fund-raising skills, business cooperation, international market linkage and other selected courses, and support the international market!

Those who are selected into the G Camp team and complete the training will receive participation subsidies for "SLUSH 2019 in Finland" or "SXSW 2020 in the United States". Actually integrate with the international market and link up with local investors! In addition, this year’s overweight broadcast to the Japanese market will invite the directors of Fukuoka’s well-known accelerator Startup Go Go to come to Taiwan to serve as the judges of this year. The selected 2 teams will receive subsidies to participate in the "Fukuoka Startup Go Go 2019".

【Selection target】

Start-up companies/teams legally established in Taiwan.
Industrial AR/VR/MR, AI, digital technology content and data applications, sports and performance data applications, logistics and transportation, AIoT, enterprise and smart data applications, 5G applications, green technology and music technology.
Possess substantial development and basic revenue capabilities, and has obtained seed round/angel round investment, with potential for international market development.
The developed products/services have at least prototype and business model, and can be displayed at the exhibition.
Starting from the date of registration, the startup team that has not received subsidies and training from the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in the “Promoting the Value Chain Enhancement Program of Creative Education Institutions” in the previous year.

[Selection method]

Preliminary review: Review based on the Pitch Deck and the film, and select 20-25 teams to enter the briefing review.

Briefing review: Select the best 10-12 teams with the most international market energy, enter the third G Camp trainee list, and at the same time, according to their ranking and voluntary announcements, 5 groups will advance to SLUSH 2019; 5 groups will advance to SXSW 2020 and 2 groups will be sent by the Japanese The selected team enters the Startup Go Go "The Pitch 2019" competition.
