This speech will discuss the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic on Taiwan's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, as well as the government's response to new entrepreneurs. Secondly, we compare the cases of Taiwan and Singapore from the perspective of cross-domain governance, and propose that Taiwan should strengthen the integration platform of innovation and entrepreneurship for cross-domain governance, and build a complete entrepreneurial ecosystem through the cooperation of public and private sectors such as industry, government, academia, and research.
