Entrepreneurship requires resources from many aspects. In order to accelerate the development of startups and promote investment, Taipei City Government has held a number of business matchmaking conferences since 2016, which involved 206 angel investors and matched 212 teams. To assist startups to expand global market, StartUP@Taipei Demo Day will be held during the 2018 Taipei International Startup Week. Startup teams selected from the “Taipei Start Up” project will give presentations to the representative of accelerators and angel investors from domestic and abroad. The awarded teams will have the opportunity to receive follow-up counseling and investment. At the same time, the entrepreneurs can also learn experience and grasp the key points to success through the feedback of experts.
