It attracts international technology giants, renowned venture capitalists, and top talents worldwide, fostering a vibrant atmosphere for innovation and startups. To establish Taipei City as a model for innovation and entrepreneurship and to recognize businesses making significant in various fields, the Taipei City Government's Department of Industrial Development has been organizing the Taipei Prominent Enterprise Award since 2014. Through this initiative, awards are presented in categories such as "Technological Excellence," "Service Innovation," "Creative Industries," "Brand Leadership," "Investment Paradigm," "Outstanding Youth," "Outstanding Women," "Friendly Workplace," "Social Innovation," and "Sustainable Development," highlighting valuable values.
In addition to honouring Prominent Enterprise Award and Potential Enterprise Awards, the event showcases the innovative achievements of the winning companies, establishing new standards for entrepreneurial learning in Taipei City.
