Taipei City Industrial Development Innovation Subsidy Application-Related Form Downloadtitle

This case participates in the "Taipei Citizens E-Point-Non-Internet Application Case Progress Inquiry Service (Quick and Easy Case Investigation)". *Documents should be prepared

1. Research and development subsidies:
(1) Application form.
(2) 5 copies of R&D plan and electronic files.
(3) 5 copies of relevant certification documents for company or business registration and change; foreign companies should attach 5 copies of the registration form or change form of the foreign company's branch in Taiwan.
(4) The financial statements related to the accountant's visa for the last three years shall be counted in the actual year for less than three years; small and medium-sized enterprises can replace them with financial statements prepared in accordance with the accounting information set by the tax authority.
(5) Five copies of the "Profit Enterprise Income Tax Settlement Declaration Form" and the "Business Tax Declaration Form" of the most recent year. Those who have been newly established for less than one year are exempt from paying the Profit Enterprise Income Tax Settlement Declaration Form.
(6) 5 copies of the "Review Form for Taxpayer's Violation of Taxes and Arrears" issued in the most recent month. (Including national tax and local tax each 5 copies, please apply to the National Taxation Bureau and Tax Collection Office for issuance)
(7) 5 copies of relevant supporting documents for the latest issue of "Insured Number Data of Labor Insurance Payment List". (Receipt for the most recent labor insurance premium payment. If you are not eligible to participate in labor insurance, you must submit proof of employment or salary receipt or withholding vouchers and other supporting documents)

2. Brand building subsidies:
(1) Application form.
(2) 5 copies of the brand building plan and electronic files.
(3) 5 copies of relevant certification documents for company or business registration and change; foreign companies should attach 5 copies of the registration form or change form of the foreign company's branch in Taiwan.

3. Innovation and cultivation subsidies:
(1) Application form.
(2) 5 copies and electronic files of the innovative cultivation plan.
(3) 5 copies of relevant certification documents for registration and change of company, business, school or financial (society) legal person approval; foreign company should attach 5 copies of registration form or change form of foreign company's branch in Taiwan.
(4) The company or business has 5 copies of the "Profit Enterprise Income Tax Settlement Return" and "Business Tax Return" in the most recent year. Those who are newly established for less than one year are exempt from paying the Profit Enterprise Income Tax Settlement Return; school or financial (social) ) The corporate legal person has submitted 5 copies of the tax payment certificate for the most recent year.
(5) Five copies of the "Review Form for Taxpayer's Violation of Tax Arrears" issued by the company or business in the most recent month (including five national and local taxes each, please apply to the National Taxation Bureau and the Tax Collection Office for issuance) ); school or financial (society) legal person non-rejecting current account and 5 copies of the proof of the financial institution that has no record of refund in the past three years (the query date should be within half a year before the application date).

4. Entrepreneurship subsidies:
(1) Application form.
(2) 5 copies of business plan and electronic files.
(3) 5 copies of relevant certification documents for company or business registration or change.
(4) Five copies of the "Business Tax Declaration Form" in the most recent year.
(5) Five copies of the "Review Form for Taxpayers' Violation of Tax Arrears" issued in the most recent month. (Including national tax and local tax each 5 copies, please apply to the National Taxation Bureau and Tax Collection Office for issuance)
(6) 5 copies of relevant supporting documents in the latest issue of "Insured Number Data of Labor Insurance Payment List". (Receipt of the most recent labor insurance premium payment. *Remark

1. If the above attached documents are photocopies, they must be stamped with the seal of the applicant and the person in charge (for foreign companies, please stamp the seal of the litigation and non-litigation agent), and indicate "consistent with the original."
2. If the total budget of the innovation incubation plan includes the rent of the premises, the real estate registration transcript, the notarized lease contract and the review result of the "Regulations on Land Use Zoning Control and Construction Management of Business Sites and Inquiry" shall be attached.
3. If the total budget of the entrepreneurial plan includes the rent of the premises, the real estate registration transcript, the notarized lease contract and the review result of the "Regulations and Inquiries on Land Use Zoning Control and Construction Management of Business Places" shall be attached.
4. Please edit page numbers and print on both sides of the plan (25 sheets of paper), no glue binding is required.
