The first 2021 submission period for each field is from May 3 to May 31, 2021. Manufacturers can write proposals based on the requirements of the following bureaus and submit them to the Taipei Smart City Project Office. The Taipei Smart City Project Office will first conduct a written review, and then submit it to various field groups for discussion to determine the selected vendors. The review results are scheduled to be announced on July 2, 2021. After the results of the review are announced, the investigation bureau and selected manufacturers will conduct site coordination, site surveys, and finalization of planning documents. After the signing of the cooperation contract is completed, the selected manufacturers will carry out the construction and demonstration according to the trial case schedule, and conduct an opportunity evaluation after the project execution is completed.

Through the professionalization and institutionalization of the team to promote the operation of smart cities, it is hoped that the top-down policy driving force can be effectively combined with the bottom-up private cooperation resources, so that the promotion of policies and empirical projects in various fields of smart cities will be quenched by experts inside and outside the city.
