By bridging the policies of the local and central governments, III strives for central resources, and combines its own consulting, R&D, and promotion energy to actively shorten the gap between different areas and promote the digital transformation ecosystem of the greater south. As a bridge for digital transformation, through the ACE School, III also integrates regional SI (system integration) resources to assist SMEs in the process of digital optimization and digital transformation, creating transformation opportunities for local industries.

In terms of international business, through investment evaluation, matching and linking with foreign organizations, III is committed to promoting the integration of Taiwanese systems for international output and exploring international business opportunities. With respect to the collaboration with Japan, III is also in line with its positioning, focusing on the fields of information communication, IoT, AI, 5G, etc. Through the business and technical cooperation with leading manufacturers, III assists Taiwanese industries to undertake the tasks of digital transformation and continues to help companies to expand the sales in Japan. By assisting domestic firms in cooperation with international research institutions and industries to create mutual benefit and win-win situation, III expects to seize the opportunity and build the image of Taiwan that is trusted by the world.
