"Taipei Bioinnovation Park" is the nation's first BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) development project focusing on the biotechnology industry. It involves the construction of a biotech building with a total floor area of nearly 30,000 ping, providing multifunctional spaces for R&D, pilot production, and business offices.

Taipei Bioinnovation Park includes over 5,000 ping of space for a biomedical innovation incubation center and nearly 12,000 ping of industrial space. It is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system, emergency power system, and waste gas and sewage treatment systems to meet the local R&D and pilot production needs of biotech startups and leading enterprises. The industrial spaces feature different ceiling heights of 4.5 meters and 6 meters to accommodate various requirements for laboratories or factories. The incubation center offers permanent nurturing spaces, shared instrument areas, core areas, and industry exchange spaces. It also includes P1 and P2 level laboratories and pilot production process demonstration areas, creating a premium environment for R&D, operations, and industry exchange at Taipei Bioinnovation Park.
