Introduction
The center plays an active role in the driving force of local industrial development, the transformation station of industrial knowledge, the incubator of business leaders, and the R & D partners of small and medium-sized enterprises. The key areas for cultivating are biotech medicine, electronic information and mechanical motors. The main goal of the center is to encourage the commercialization of R&D technology by our teachers and students, and to provide students with internship opportunities with the ability to enter new enterprises. Besides accelerating the growth of enterprises, it is also the last mile of teacher-student entrepreneurship.

Introduction
National Yang Ming University (hereinafter referred to as Yang Ming) and National Chiao Tung University (hereinafter referred to as Chiao Tung) will formally merge into the “National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University” (NYCU) on February 1, 2021.
